With a regular office space, whether you use the space or not, you will have the monthly costs associated:

-A building lease or mortgage;

-Office furniture rental purchases;

-Office building maintenance;

-Bills such as utilities and internet

For Outside the Box Business Center clients, you use only as much as you need.  If you need to use the building one day this week and all of the following week, you pay a known fee for what you use only!
