StyleCop for Windows

A set of Microsoft’ Framework Design Guidelines can be enforced using Stylecop, an available resource electrostatic code exploration tool.

In contrast to Fxcop, which password assemblies in place of source code and enforces a various set of rules through the analysis of the computer code codification, stylecop is able to uphold these guidelines.

The following categories apply to the guidelines:

  1. Documentation.
  2. Layout.
  3. Maintainability.
  4. Naming.
  5. Ordering.
  6. Readability.
  7. Spacing.

By opening any C # undertaking and pressing on it with the right mouse button, Stylecop is visualized. Two recipes in the project may be visible from here; one helps you choose the guidelines, and the other executes these standards on the C # task.

The tool is available for use within Visual Studio or as an Msbuild task integration. Multiple third-party advancement gear have already integrated Stylecop.

The tool is available in both Gui and command-line choices thanks to Stylecop.
