Once you complete the steps, the event will be saved in the account you specified. Use the drop-down menu on the left to select a start time. Use the Calendar drop-down menu and select the account to which you want to save the event. Confirm the email address of the person you want to share the calendar with and press Enter. Under the desired account, right-click the calendar and select the Share calendar option.
The first one is “End meeting for all,” which will log all the participants out of the meeting when pressed. The second is the “Leave meeting” option that will only log you out of the meeting, allowing the rest of the team to continue the conversation if they want to. You can also schedule a meeting in advance with the help of Google Calendar. Open the Zoom app on your device, click the “Schedule” option, and fill out the mandatory fields, including the meeting’s date and time. Then click the “Schedule” button that will take you to Google Calendar’s website.
Sharing Your Recordings With Students
When using Zoom for personal use please do not save recordings of those meetings to the Zoom cloud. These meetings should be saved to your local computer if they are recorded. To ensure licenses are used properly, please never share your BYU Zoom id or password with others. In short, they have to allow that meeting’s recording to be shared, and must also permit those viewing it to download it. There are a couple of other settings they can enable for added security, like requiring viewers to enter their names, email addresses, and/or a password.
